A SQL integration service has complex and powerful error handling methods where as Data Transformation services has Limited Error Handling methods. You can find Message boxes in .net scripting while using SSIS and you can find Message Boxes in Activex scripts in DTS.There will be an Interactive Deployment wizard in SSIS and you cannot find such thing in DTS.One good advantage in SSIS is that there will be good number of transformations in SSIS where as The Number of Transformations are limited in DTS .Moreover There will be a complete BI integration in SSIS and no functionality is available in DTS.

Report manager is a web application in SSRS which is being accessed by a URL. Based on the User Permissions we can access any functionality and all the features of the menu reporting.
